A great classic.
The flowers form a chartreuse veil over the foliage. Velvety leaves adorned with beads of dew.
Our landscaping advice: Lady's Mantle, the common name of Alchemilla mollis, is not only a good ground cover, but is fabulous planted in a border at 40 cm intervals to make a pathway worthy of a vicarage garden.
Cultivation in ordinary soil. Any exposure, from full sun to north facing. Hardy. After flowering, completely cut back the clump to promote fresh foliage for the rest of the year.
