Brunnera macrophylla 'Looking Glass' looks very much like the famous Siberian Bugloss Brunnera macrophylla'Jack Frost' from which it has been bred. One very important difference, however, is that the foliage is almost entirely silvery.
It is vigorous and attractive, so we like to use it to brighten a spot of partial shade or in a pot on a shady terrace together with Carex, Muscari, Epimedium, lungwort, Galanthus, etc.
Spring flowering like a forget-me-not of little azure blue flowers.
Grow in partial shade in good, humus-rich, well-drained garden soil. Let the soil in the ground or pot dry out between waterings.
