A great border plant.
Liriope is native to Japan and China.
In the garden, we like to plant them in little groups of 5 or 7 plants to bring out their vertical interest and the aesthetic appeal of their habit and mauve blue spike inflorescences.
Liriope muscari 'Moneymaker' is a hardy plant. It can work well as a ground cover in wooded undergrowth. Or is effective as a landscaping element along the edge of a lawn or path.
