An unusual variety for the combination of its orangey-yellow flowers associated with bronze foliage.
The floral stems spring up high above the foliage in late August.
Closely related to the famous Crocosmia 'Solfatare' variety with its superb, bronze-coloured foliage, Crocosmia 'Twilight Fairy Gold' has a more compact, lower habit, and orangey-yellow colouring. It is good for small gardens, as an edging plant for sunny borders in good garden soil.
Grow in sun (not too hot) or slight shade in ordinary soil that should not be too dry. Once established no watering is needed.
A winter mulch is welcome in regions with harsh winters
