Like all the Achillea millefolium 'Red Beauty' flowers twice: in June and then in September as long as it is cut right back at the end of July.
Twice as many flowers! For purple red combinations plant it with Sedum X Matrona, Panicum virgatum. Or for a red and cream duo, associate it with Coreopsis Moonbeam.
