Dianthus deltoides 'Roseus' or Maiden pink is native to Europe and West Asia.

With its attractive, mat-forming dark green foliage and pink flowers in April-May, maiden pink is ideal to brighten up a border or rockery. Trim after flowering to produce a tidy, compact cushion.

For borders, rockeries, banks or troughs. Height: 20 cm. Planting distance: 50 cm.

Grow Dianthus deltoides 'Roseus' in the sun in ordinary soil. Hardy.
