Cichorium intybus or common chicory will brighten up your summer mornings.
Perfectly suited to a moving, natural garden or a wild meadow as chicory easily naturalises.
It can be trimmed regularly with shears. In you do, it will form a clump, 40 cm in height.
From June onwards, inflorescences up to 1.5 m in height emerge from its powerful taproot. True azure blue flowers 3 cm in diameter.
