Chrysanthemum 'Feux d'Automne'
Wide, deep-red, double flowers
A vigorous and free-flowering variety with wide, deep-red, double blooms. Chrysanthemum 'Feux d'Automne' blazes with autumnal fire!
In the garden, we like to plant it under grasses with strong autumn colouring (Panicum virgatum 'Squaw', Miscanthus 'Purple Fall'), or combined with the matching shades of a perennial Schizostylis coccinea 'Major', or a grass Imperata cylindrica 'Red Baron'. A few Heuchera 'Fire Alarm' as edging and the picture is perfect!
Grow in the sun (not scorching) or partial shade in good, light garden soil, which is well-drained in winter.
