Geranium 'Azure Rush'

Availability : Available

Description :

For a weekend garden, easy to grow and no maintenance.

Geranium 'Azure Rush' was discovered in German nursery Jeddeloh and developed by English plantsmen Blooms of Bressingham. Its illustrious parent is Geranium 'Rozanne', chosen as 2008 Perennial Plant of the Year by the American Perennial Plant Association. And not for nothing!

1. Long flowering of azure blue blooms, from May until the first frosts.

2. Wide flowers that can be 6 cm in diameter!

3. A more structured habit and slower growth thanks to shorter internodes.

4. Height: 35 cm. Spread: 70 cm.

In the garden we like to plant Geranium 'Azure Rush' at the edge of a border or as a floriferous ground cover that needs no attention. And it has few equals in a pot!

Grow in the sun or slight shade in ordinary, friable, well-drained soil. In humus-rich moist soil its growth can be staggering!
