Aster turbinellus is a botanical species native to the western United States, which we chose for its terrific, abundant autumnal flowering of astonishingly luminous blue blooms. Just what is needed to brighten a grey sky on a rainy day in early November!

Flowering: October + November. Height: 100 to 150 cm.

Aster turbinellus grow in good garden soil in the sun or light shade.

Goes perfectly with high grasses (Miscanthus, Panicum) and Verbena bonariensis, Helianthus.
