Description :

Roman wormwood or small absinthe

Artemisia pontica is rebel that has to be grown in pots.

Finely chiselled grey-green foliage. Upright habit. It can be invasive if it likes the soil.

It is best grown in pots with Diascia 'Twinkle' and Agropyron magellanicum blue wheatgrass.

Otherwise, if you are adventurous, remember that ordinary soil suits Artemisia pontica quite well. Sun or slight shade. Height: 30 cm.

Planting distance: 70 cm. Very hardy.
