Everybody knows that Gardeners' garters or ribbon grass can be invasive if it has its own way. In short! A pest.

So luckily Phalaris arundinacea 'Feesey' s Form' is here !

Stems tinged with pink at the their base, striped leaves with wide white bands and purplish panicles. Height: up to 1 metre. Only spreads out over half a square metre.

Grow in full sun or partial shade in ordinary soil. Prefers cool spots. Cut back in June.

Landscaping tip: it is the ideal companion for Campanula.
