A small ground cover for the rock garden
Cymbalaria pallida 'Albiflora' or Italian Toadflax is a charming little perennial with soft green foliage and pure white summer flowers.
A slow grower with a compact habit, clean and tidy foliage all year round, it is a good plant for the rock garden and likes crevices, scree, gaps between stones or a place on a mossy wall or just to cover the ground.
Grow in the sun (not too hot) or partial shade in well-drained, moist, humus-rich, stony soil. Very hardy.
Maintenance: you can prune it into a dense cushion.
