Originally from the Balkans, Achillea ageratifolia - Balkan or Greek yarrow - forms a cushion of silvery grey foliage adorned with pure white flowers at the beginning of the summer.
A small plant. That's quite true. But Achillea ageratifolia is certainly not without interest. The Royal Horticultural Society gave this yarrow an award in 2006.
Height: 20 cm. Grow in the sun in a well-drained, ordinary soil, which can be poor and dry.
Use for borders or alpine rockeries.
